The Queen’s Inn

Established in 1839 by Wolfe Island businessman Martin Staley, the Queen’s Inn is one of the oldest continually operating Inns in Canada. Located in the heart of Kingston Ontario’s historic downtown, the Inn is central to Kingston’s most beautiful and notable attractions. Within an easy walk are: the waterfront, overlooking the gateway to the famous Thousand Islands; the historic farmers Market Square, featuring an outdoor skating rink December through March; the K-Rock Centre; The Grand Theatre; City Hall; Queen’s University; boutique shopping and exceptional dining. The Queen’s Inn offers an ideal hotel location whether visiting Kingston for business or pleasure.

The Inn also offers Coppers, a full service restaurant/pub and The Sports Tap and Grill, a classic sports bar with generous space and the latest in viewing technology.

We are open and ready to welcome you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Queens Inn is a non-smoking facility.
